    Philly’s Super Bowl Loss

On February 12, the Philadelphia Eagles suffered a tough 38-35 loss against the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl. Despite the back-and-forth score amongst the two teams, Kansas City’s placekicker Harrison Butker kicked a field goal in the last eight seconds of the fourth quarter to secure the Chiefs’ victory. This year’s Super Bowl made football history because of the family competition between brothers Travis Kelce of Kansas City and Jason Kelce of Philadelphia. Additionally, quarterbacks Jalen Hurts and Patrick Mahomes made history as the first Black quarterbacks to go head-to-head in the Super Bowl.

    Kelly Green Jerseys

The Kelly Green uniforms were finally worn again by the Philadelphia Eagles against the Miami Dolphins on October 22nd, and the Buffalo Bills on November 26th, both at Lincoln Financial Field. Additionally, fans were able to purchase the Kelly Green jerseys on Fanatics for 30% off and on the NFL shop. This throwback occurred because on Week 7, Eagles wideout DeVonta Smith expressed that he would prefer the Kelly Green uniforms over the Midnight Green as the full-time look for the Eagles again.
